Reservations must be canceled 48 hours prior to arrival date, otherwise, the guest card is subject to the charge of one night’s room and tax. During special events and holidays, reservations must be canceled 21 days prior to arrival, otherwise, the guest card is subject to a charge of one night’s room and tax. The Advance Purchase Rate, Black Friday & Cyber Monday rates are non-refundable but fully changeable. With our Life Happens® cancellation policy, if you need to cancel within the cancellation window, you will receive a full credit towards a future stay for up to a year. Please note that room rates may change.

For the comfort and safety of all guests, The Tides' pet policy includes: 

• There is a $50 non-refundable pet fee per stay. This fee will be charged to your account prior to check-out. 
• Your pet is also our guest. All pets at the hotel must be registered.
• We allow a maximum of two well-behaved dogs. 
• For local dog-friendly attractions, please contact our front desk.

Parking at our motel in Pismo Beach is complimentary for all guests. 

No, we do not offer a restaurant at The Tides, but we're located near many great  Pismo Beach restaurants!
